He rarely appears without ordering his men to apprehend a fugitive from the law; every time, he uses the line "Get 'im!", which has become something of a running gag. He appeared in only two Invader Zim episodes: Walk of Doom and Invasion of the Idiot Dog Brain, and had only two lines as well.
