Orlando Costas was a former member of the Cazadores street gang and murder victim who broke into the late Roy Montgomery's home in "Always". Costas was hired by Cole Maddox to steal some files and an old work computer that belonged to Montgomery; he was shot in the shoulder as he was escaping by Evelyn Montgomery. He was later killed, execution style, by Maddox.
