Duke Growin, the duke of Ferdok, can be found in his residence in Ferdok's Ducal Citadel. At the end of the quest Murders in Ferdok he congratulates you and he initiates the quest to pursue Kastan Gamblack. He also transfers Ardo's Residence to your name and he takes back the Investigation Permit Ferdok.
