Hal Houston is the captain of the Global Space Agency, who trains George into a space mission, but goes on a headquarters with his assistant Tech Andrew. He appears in "Curious George 3: Back to the Jungle" and he will appear again with his son John Houston in "Curious George 4". His voice was portrayed by John Goodman.
