Combat Assault Rifles are ranged weapons in Xenoblade Chronicles X. They are Assault Rifles. They are automatically equipped when an Assault Rifle-using class does not have an equipped ranged weapon. They cannot have augment slots added to them, and are not included in the player's inventory.
