Zhaitan is the Undead Elder Dragon first to awake after Primordus. Zhaitan raised the once sunken province of Orr out of the sea causing massive tidal damage to nearby lands, including the destruction of Lion's Arch. Zhaitan makes his lair in the former human city and raises Undead armies from the deep.
