This card is Forbidden, but you can summon it using Polymerization on Relinquished and Thousand-Eyes Idol. You can substitute only one with any monster that has an effect that states that you can substitute it for fusion material. You do not need to Ritual Summon Relinquished to use Polymerization. If you do Fusion Summon Thousand-Eyes, make sure you use Light of Intervention to make sure that you can absorb a monster. Use Opti-Camouflage Armor to attack your opponent directly while your opponent is helpless.
