Vladas Matulevicius was a Lithuanian hockey player. He was a member of the Lithuanian National Team at the 1938 World Championship, playing in one match. At the club level, Matulevicius played for LFLS Kaunas from 1926-1937 and Tauras Kaunas from 1937-1942. He also played football for LFLS.
