Neither federal nor local governmental forces should attempt to micromanage the economy. This only strangles. As governmental handouts are established, different populations rely upon the income (often called pork). In time competing special interests appear and always depend upon the governmental handout. A number of unconstitutional, federal agencies (Federal Dept of Education, Department of Agriculture, etc.) make a throwback to the 1930s. For example, the U.S. transfers money from the pockets of people, from working families in the cities, into the pockets of factory farmers.
