This animation can be toggled in the Game settings menu of the Settings menu in the Miscellaneous settings tab. It applies to 20 skills, excluding Attack, Strength, Defence, Ranged, Magic, Constitution, and Dungeoneering. The animation is shown alongside normal skilling animations rather than overriding them. Skilling speech bubbles also feature in the emote of the classic cape.
