Fu was a heavy for the Triads, along with Kum Dong and Johnny Chai.He worked for Shan Chu Lee and acted as the latter's translator. Whenever his boss needed English to be translated, Fu Shan Chu would be instructed with the task of translating. Because of this, he acted as Shan Chu Lee's right-hand man and would often stand by his side.
