Eberli Charo is a Legendary shield in Diablo III. It requires character level 31 to drop. The special affix is invalidated with the Fires of Heaven rune of Heaven's Fury. However, the shield was never designed to be used with that rune. It allows selection of more damage impacting rune selection (i.e. Ascendancy, Blessed Ground or Split Fury) in builds centering on Heaven's Fury. This is especially true when paired with Fate of the Fell. Due to this affix, the shield is obviously Crusader-oriented.
