Lud Chud was a Rakaan gangster boss who has settled on the planet Torina. Lud had influence, property and henchmen throughout the Elrood sector but it concentrated its activities on Torina, Lanthrym and Elrood. At these sites Lud engaged in loansharking, protection rackets, black marketing, forgery and smuggling. Only few beings had seen Lud, it allowed others to circulate the misperception that it was a humanoid male. Lud was rivals with Boss Kaggle. Lud also constructed and oversaw the illegal spaceport of Smugglers' Strip on Elrood.
