Akahara Tokomine (赤原・常峰, red tundra of the endless peak) or otherwise known to the world as Namikaze (波風, discord) is a spiritually aware young man graced with the power to control the wind and air currents using his mind and spiritual energies. Akahara is known to be a smart mouthed individual and his true lineage is unknown currently but his level of spiritual knowledge and power leads to the assumption that he has shinigami blood, but he has not shown any signs of awakening shinigami powers if he is in fact a hybrid.
