"Baghead" Billy (Peter King) is a background character in Shameless who is mentioned occasionally, though his most memorable scenes were in Episode 3 of Series 6, when Frank, doing jury service, gives a brief exposition on Billy's activities, such as selling pirated DVDs at The Jockey. He also makes a cameo in the post credit scene of the same episode. Baghead Billy is an elderly, obese man who wears a patch over one eye and is missing an arm. He gets around by means of a mobility scooter.
