Plaxum is a mermaid-like alien who helped Lance and Hunk in Season two of Voltron: Legendary Defender. When a giant plant-like alien worm named Baku brainwashed Plaxum's people, Plaxum, Blumfump and Swirn asked Lance to save them. Plaxum and her friends used a jellyfish to block the brainwashing power of the worm, not knowing that it was actually food provided by the worm that was inducing its hypnotic effect. And when Plaxum removed the jellyfish, Lance reacted with a new found attraction.
