The Promenade of the People was a large road in the city of Nouveau Paris on Haven. The office of the Hereditary President of the People's Republic of Haven was located in a building at least 200 stories above the Promenade. In 1904 PD, the funeral procession of the deceased Secretary of the Economy Walter Frankel passed down this road. President Sidney Harris held a meeting with his secretaries about his assassination and the rising violence of the Citizens' Rights Union in his office above the Promenade. (HH3)
