Walter was a member of the security personnel in the DHARMA Initiative. He was seen shooting at Sayid Jarrah and Jack Shephard during the 1977 Barracks battle. He was later killed by Juliet Burke during the Battle at the Swan. ("The Incident, Parts 1 & 2")
