Goat-Foo, known as Goat (ゴート Gōto?) in Japan, is a FM-ian from the Mega Man Star Force series based on the Capricornus constellation. He met Kidd Gruff in Alohaha, as mentioned in Kidd's Star Carrier. They can EM Wave Change into Kung Foo Kid. Very little is known about Goat-Foo besides his obvious traits from his Wave Change form, such as being Wood element. Goat-Foo does not actually appear in-game in Mega Man Star Force 2 except as the Wave Change form Kung Foo Kid, and neither he, Kidd Gruff, nor Kung Foo Kid appear in other media, such as the Shooting Star Rockman Tribe anime.
