Anna Marie Palmen, better known as Annie Palmen, was a Dutch singer. She first attempted to represent her home country at the 1960 Contest but lost out in the national final to Rudi Carrell. Her bid three years later proved more successful but on the night of the Contest she finished in joint last place with Nul Points, marking the first time that a competing country scored absolutely nothing in two successive contests. She died in Beverwijk on 15 January 2000, after a long illness of an undisclosed nature, aged 73.
