Agent Ralls was a junior officer of New Republic Intelligence who was assigned to interrogate Davith Sconn, probably in 16 ABY. The former Imperial officer was amused by Ralls's naïve innocence, and told him about some of his more colorful experiences in the Imperial Navy in order to shock him. To Sconn's own surprise, this led to a personal interview between him and Chief of State Leia Organa Solo, who was seeking more information about N'zoth.
