This is Mayuko's 24th original work. It tells a story of Rin, who keeps telling herself that she is a karakuri, a type of Japanese "doll". She gets angry whenever anyone tells her she is a human (which she is) and insists on calling herself a doll, ignoring her human-esque features. On Janaury 2010, Mayuko uploaded an answer song to Karakuri Hymn sung by Len, "Wood Doll's Song of Martyrdom", explaining more of the background to what happened to the two which made them rather "insane" thinking they're "dolls".
