The Imperial Party of The Russian Empire was established in which to support the Emperor in his rule of The Russian Empire [TRE], the party is majority Centralist to keep stability within the Empire and has a wide range of policy views in which to better the Empire. Nicholas II being the founder of the IPR is unable to serve in the Duma due to he being Emperor but can appoint a Party President to lead the party in the Duma if they are elected into it.
