The Unified Clans of Doisac (abbreviated UCD) is the ruling government of the jiralhanae people of Doisac. The government is apparently ineffective, and was only established in order to ensure their protection against species seeking conflict with them. The council supports weapon industries, feeling as though they may provide planetary defense in case of emergency, and do not care as to their primary usage as tools of civil warfare. The Interstellar Union has not attempted contact with the Unified Clans of Doisac, and the planet's inhabitants may very well be "in the dark" as to the events going on outside of their world's limits.
