The Dr. Demento Show is a syndicated and online radio show hosted by "Dr. Demento" (music historian Barry Hansen). Since 1970, the show's focus is on comedy and novelty music. The show is known best for bringing music parodist "Weird Al" Yankovic into pop culture fame. Over the course of the show's history, many Muppet tracks have been played on the program.
