Blanche Lawrence was the mother of Daisy May Lawrence and the wife of Patrick Lawrence. While vacationing in Valley Lodge, Virginia, Blanche had an unexplained encounter with what was presumably James Manos, resulting in her disappearance. Blanche reappeared later, behaving in a "zombie" like state and silently carrying out James' (in Roland's form) orders. During the battle on June 24, 2007, Blanche was accidentally hit with a stray bolt of lightning, and presumably died shortly thereafter.
