Paradise Lost - The Books Of Peter is a Star Trek fanfiction set in the apocalyptic AU, The Ancient Destroyer Cycle. It is PG13 for harsh but non-explicit concepts, and is written by Rob Morris. The story of Kirk's nephew Peter, whose parents Sam and Aurelan are less than ideal guardians in this world. Peter, perhaps the ultimate fan of his uncle James, will have to grow to surpass him, overcoming obstacles of every stripe, including a conspiracy that succeeds in kidnapping him. For reasons he cannot fathom, they try and break him, and he must endure till an uncertain rescue comes.
