The Western Plains/Flatlands are a stretch of land located west of Mossflower Woods and extending to the coastal mountains. This is a beautiful green grassland area covered with many flowers, including kingcups, buttercups, cowslip, and dandelions. Its landscape is especially stunning at sunrise and sunset when it alternatively becomes bathed in reddish or golden tones. The Redwall Abbey Bell Tower is visible from the plain.
