Toopil was a location on the planet Rodia that consisted of a cantina and a few meeting rooms. During his mission to secure weapons for the Alliance to Restore the Republic, Luke Skywalker stayed in a room in Toopil in which he deconstructed the lightsaber of Jedi Knight Huulik.
