Leader of the 3rd Branch of the Holy Aionian Imperial Army. He is of a noble family. He excels in business affairs and is skilled in applying it to his group, but it is said that he is lacking in what one might call "the soul of a soldier," and he is not very popular. He has a disposition typical of noble families and he looks down on the common people.
