Bolan was a male Nikto slicer active during the Galactic War between the Galactic Republic and the resurgent Sith Empire. He had a manic personality, and knew how to speak Basic due to chips he implanted in his own brain. He was a leader of a group of genius techno-criminal Niktos known as the Circle, which was employed by Darth Zash before being imprisoned on Belsavis by the Galactic Republic. Bolan and the Circle got free during the Invasion of Belsavis in 3641 BBY, when Sith Lord Kallig approached them, seeking the information on the Mother Machine.
