need to know where the quest boss is here does he have a spawn time Kiba Tul has eluded me i cant find him i need help Kiba Tul spawns near most of the Orc Warroirs which is those other u need to kill for the quest. Fuck this wiki is a peice of shit, it doesnt explain fuck all.
