After weaving the needed hand signals, the user gathers a mass of chakra and channels it into the air. Using their chakra, they bend light particles and causes the light around the area to be reflected back into the sky. This then causes the immediate area to be cloaked in darkness. If enough people use this technique, a wide radius of the sky can be darkened, rendering everyone within the area blind.
