David Brierly, often credited (as in Coronation Street) as "David Brierley" played three roles in the programme: * Milo, a student radical friend of Ken Barlow in January 1961. * Sea Cadet Officer Arthur Sugden in March 1972. * Carpet Fitter named Harold in November 1983. Born in Yorkshire in 1935, in other acting roles he appeared in Threads and was briefly the voice of K-9, Doctor Whos tin dog. He died of cancer on 10th June 2008.
