Neo Gospel is a small group of powerful criminals who wish to see the rise of Gospel (the original NetMafia). It is run by Hack whose parents began the organization when Hack was born but were killed after their first successful experimental navi. He now follows in their foots steps along with some of the best criminals and a few shady rogues. Their first major alliance was a short-lived one with Tantalus and may be working with them again. (I will add more as it comes up.)
