This weapon has two abilities : "Poverty" and "ABS Up", the first will decrease the Gilda dropped by the enemy when it's defeated by this weapon, and the second ability will increase the ABS dropped by the enemy when it's killed. In summary, you'll get more experience, but less money when you defeat an enemy with this armlet. Its in-game description reads "Armlet of woven thorns." You can find it in dungeon's chests, but you can also buy it at Palm Brinks' weapon shop for 820 Gildas when you get to the Chapter 4.
