The Timirin Empire was a collection states that swore themselves to the ideals of God-King Wold. They made of the entire Empire, and swore themselves to the Timirin Emperor, which was, towards the end of the Empire, a purely ceremonial position. All he could do is collect money and raise an army, neither of which aided him when the Necromancer's fetid forces pulled him apart.
