Diego/Doctor Chipotle Junior is the evil son of the equally evil Dr. Chipotle Sr. He is the first villain of the series to be introduced chronologically in the series, and uses his scientific knowledge to produce various versions of his Guacamole Monster. He is also particularly known for yelling out the phrase "SWINE!" when infuriated. Chipotle Jr. is friends with Sergio and the two have visited one another to play video games. In later episodes, it is shown that he has a crush on Frida Suarez, similar to Sergio. A running gag throughout the series is when either Manny or Frida mess up his name.
