Huckleberry is a delicious berry and it is a part of Ericaceae family. Huckleberries are very similar to blueberries and they are found in the Pacific Northwest of North America, usually in mid-alpine regions. Huckleberries generally grow in humid soil and they ripen in mid summer. Huckleberry’ fruits are perfectly safe to eat, they have a sweet taste and they are round, small with a blue or dark red color.
