The unidentified Neimoidian cyborg was an officer in the navy of the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars. In 21 BBY, he commanded a Munificent-class star frigate during the Battle of Simocadia. He was killed by Mace Windu when the Jedi Knight crossed the bridge on his way to the planet surface.
