The button front bodice features a high, round neckline, slashed at the center front. The skirt is gathered at the upper edge and the back seamed at either side of the center. Applied bands simulating large patch pockets trim the skirt. Pockets are sewn in the side seams. In Style I, an applique design, for which the printed design guide is included, trims the skirt. The bodice, three quarter length sleeves and applied bands and short sleeves are trimmed with top-stitching.
