A Newsbox is a template any user can make. Newsboxes can contain anything a user desires; a joke or picture, for example. To subscribe to the newsboxes, people could make a section of their main page devoted to it. If a user has too many, a subpage is created. No align= tags should be added; this way the user has more flexibility in their sections and subpages.
