H-23b laser turrets, were small medium-grade emplacement turrets created by the Chiss for use on the battlefield during the Second Galactic Civil War. They shot large laser bolts at a target by command of a small computer panel, controlled by the user. They were mainly used against Sith troops, in that it was hard to block the bolts from the turret with a lightsaber or energy shield.
