Katogh was a young Klingon warrior who transferred from the IKS Vor'nak to the IKS Rotarran in 2374. He identified himself as the "son of Ch'Pok". (DS9: "Sons and Daughters") Katogh was played by an unknown performer. Since both "Rules of Engagement" (where the character Ch'Pok appeared) and "Sons and Daughters" were written by Bradley Thompson and David Weddle, it seems likely that Katogh is intended to be the son of the Ch'Pok from that episode.
