Kitsuki's Eye were the true elite of the Kitsuki family, having both a very keen ability to pick out minute details and a near-perfect recall of everything. They were used as a magistrates, and the arrival of one of the Eyes was a sign that the Dragon Clan's leadership was taking a situation very seriously. Its dojo was located at Shiro Kitsuki.
