Cherries jubilee were an Earth dessert consisting of cherries and liquers such as brandy or cognac, which was set aflame before serving it over vanilla ice cream. Vic Fontaine planned to serve this to Odo and Kira Nerys on their first date in the holosuite in 2374. (DS9: "His Way")
