Driven Out is a punk rock band from Carson, California. They were formed in August 1995 by Joe Baxter and Christian Schmook originally under the name The Slackers. Joining the two was Kevin Baxter, brother of Joe Baxter. By early 1996 they became Driven Out, and performed their first show on May 17, 1996 at Torrance High School. After many drummers and hiatus, Driven Out found a committed drummer in Mike Cikos in 2004. Since then the band has been playing consistently around the Southern California area, reknown for their raucous behavior.
