Touch ID is a feature that was released with the IPhone 5S. It is one of the two security options included with apple devices, the other being the Passcode Lock. Touch ID is basically a fingerprint sensor used for unlocking your iPhone 5S and authorizing purchases. The fingerprint sensor is located in the home screen button at the buttom of the device.
