TuMarr was a male Houk working for an unknown crime lord. His boss, and that of another criminal, Slestack were rivals. During the Cold War, Slestack and TuMarr encountered each other on Dromund Kaas, both attempting to capture Grik Sonosan, an agent of the Republic Strategic Information Service taken to Dromund Kaas to be interrogated by Darth Baras. Baras' apprentice managed to manipulate the two criminals into fighting each other, giving the Imperial Commander Lanklyn time to escape.
