"New MPD" is a political agenda planned & created by the Moderate Party of Dorvik hard-liners Greg Wietersheim, Morgan Dean and Kevin Campbell during William Harper's third term as party chairman 2349-2352, and it was published at September 2352. The agenda calls for free market economy & choice of consumer, strenghtening of local government & democracy, real responsible individuality & abolishing bureaucratic welfare system, cautious social conservatism and moderate attitude on environmental issues. Some political experts say that it's just a plan to get more people to vote for the MPD instead of Patriotic Conservative Party of Dorvik but such claims are denied by Wietersheim.
